Introduction

EWL Group is a leading provider of international employment in Poland and the largest employer of Ukrainian migrants in Europe. Established in 2007, EWL has been dedicated to assisting migrants and refugees in their search for employment and integration into new communities. Recently, EWL, in partnership with the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw, conducted an in-depth study titled “Unlocking the Potential: Ukrainian Citizens in Germany and the Netherlands.

 

Eureka Creates and PRGoeroes were responsible for organizing the research presentation and executing a comprehensive media outreach campaign to maximize the impact of the study.

The challenge was to effectively present and share EWL's comprehensive research on Ukrainian employment potential in the Netherlands. The objective was to reach a broad, influential audience, including government officials, industry experts, and the media, to highlight the promising employment outlook for Ukrainians and its implications for the Dutch labor market.

  • Venue Selection: The research presentation took place at Nieuwspoort, The Hague, chosen for its suitability in hosting a distinguished audience.

  • Audience Engagement: A broad outreach strategy was implemented, targeting over 400 influential individuals, including business owners, journalists, NGO representatives, government officials, and ambassadors. This extensive outreach ensured that the research reached key decision-makers and opinion leaders.

  • Speakers: Notable speakers included:

    • Alex Kartsel, Ph.D., MBA, VP User Services EWL.

    • Helene van Melle, Deputy Director for Europe at Tent Partnership for Refugees.

    • Margarita Nesterenko, Service Delivery Director EWL.

    • Boy Hultink, Head Recruiter EWL.

Media Outreach:​

  • Press Coverage: The campaign attracted over 20 online publications in the Netherlands, reaching more than 5 million readers and achieving a media value of 125.9k.

  • Publications and Interviews: Coverage included a report on Het Ondernemersbelang, an interview with Alex Kartsel on WeesMeer, and articles in industry media such as Flexupdate, AllesoverHR, Noord Limburg Business, Eurobench, Oost Gelderland Business, NLMagazine, and Signifique.

  • Impact: The report was received and read by 43 influential individuals, including key stakeholders such as business owners, journalists, NGO representatives, government officials, and ambassadors.

  • Enhanced Brand Visibility: The event and media coverage significantly boosted EWL's visibility and established its leadership in supporting Ukrainian migrants.

  • Increased Brand Awareness: The strategic efforts raised awareness of the EWL Group, further embedding its reputation in the international employment sector.

  • Broad Media Reach: The study's findings reached a large and diverse audience, influencing public opinion and policy discussions regarding Ukrainian employment in the Netherlands.

  • Effective Stakeholder Engagement: The event facilitated meaningful interactions with over 43 key stakeholders, fostering relationships that could lead to future collaborations and initiatives.

The partnership between Eureka and PRGoeroes really made a significant impact, showcasing the positive employment prospects for Ukrainian migrants in the Netherlands and reinforcing EWL’s key role in this vital sector.

 

By grabbing the attention of influential government officials and major media outlets like NOS, the collaboration reached a wide and impactful audience. With strategic event planning and a robust media outreach campaign, we successfully communicated the importance of the research.

 

This not only boosted EWL’s visibility in the international employment landscape but also spread the brand's influence across the Netherlands.
