Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to prepare the content myself?
No. We'll discuss your business and goals before filming and prepare the content concepts and scripts with you.
What if I'm not comfortable on camera?
That's completely fine. We'll guide you throughout the shoot, including what to say, where to look and how to deliver it naturally.
Where do you film?
We normally come to your business, office or another agreed location. Travel within Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Amstelveen and surrounding areas is included.
Are there any parking costs?
Travel within our standard service area is included. If paid parking is required, the parking costs will be added to the final invoice.
What if I don't have a suitable place to film?
No problem. You can film at our office for an additional €85 per hour.
How long are the videos?
Starter: up to 45 seconds. Content Day: up to 60 seconds. Content Pro: up to 90 seconds per video.
How long does the shoot take?
Starter: up to 1.5 hours. Content Day: up to 2.5 hours. Content Pro: up to 4 hours.
When will I receive my videos?
Your finished videos are normally delivered within 7 business days after filming.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One revision round is included with every package.
Can you manage my social media too?
Yes. Social media management isn't included in these packages, but Eureka Creates offers it separately.
Can I book again?
Absolutely. There is no long-term commitment. You can book another content shoot whenever you need fresh content.
