FreshWay
Turning social media into a channel for awareness, trust and more orders.

FreshWay was a fresh meal delivery company offering chef prepared meals delivered directly to customers in the Netherlands.
In 2021, Eureka Creates worked with FreshWay on an intensive three month social media content marketing and influencer campaign.
The objective was to strengthen the brand’s online presence, reach more potential customers and ultimately turn increased visibility into more orders.
Eureka Creates managed the social media strategy and execution, including content planning, social media management, professional photography, branded designs, influencer collaborations and community growth.
Rather than focusing on follower numbers alone, the strategy was designed to attract real, relevant followers who could become FreshWay customers.
Project note: this case study reflects the campaign and results achieved during our collaboration in 2021. Eureka Creates is not responsible for FreshWay’s current branding, social media content or digital presence.

Great food needed greater visibility.
FreshWay had a strong product and a clear proposition, but needed to reach more people and build a stronger presence around the brand.
For a meal delivery business, social media could do much more than simply showcase food. It could help potential customers discover the service, understand the quality behind the meals, build familiarity with the brand and eventually feel confident enough to order.
The challenge was to create a consistent social media presence that looked professional, reached the right audience and supported actual business growth.
Creating content people wanted to seeand food theywanted to order.
Danny Martins, our Founder and Strategy Director, led the strategy together with the Eureka Creates team. We developed a content marketing approach focused on making FreshWay more visible, recognizable and engaging to its potential customers. Professional photoshoots gave the brand a stronger library of food and lifestyle imagery, while high quality social media designs created greater consistency across the profile. Eureka Creates managed the social media channels, developed and published content, interacted with the community and worked with relevant influencers to introduce FreshWay to new audiences. The strategy combined organic content, community building and influencer marketing to grow awareness while keeping the content connected to the commercial objective behind the campaign: generating more interest and more orders.

Three months that changed the visibility of the brand.
During the campaign, FreshWay experienced significant growth across its social media performance. In the final 90 day reporting period, Instagram generated 122,732 impressions, representing an increase of 643%. The profile reached 63,994 accounts, an increase of 5,847%, while profile visits increased by 35.5% to 2,815. Most importantly, the increased visibility translated into stronger commercial interest. Website taps from Instagram increased by 212% to 1,294, helping move people from discovering FreshWay on social media towards exploring the service. During the collaboration, FreshWay also doubled its number of orders, and the increased visibility created opportunities beyond the original B2C proposition, with the chef receiving requests for private B2B services.

More than social media growth.
The campaign did not simply make FreshWay’s Instagram look better. It helped strengthen the reputation of the brand, increase awareness and create a more active relationship with its audience.
FreshWay grew its follower base with relevant organic followers who represented potential customers, while professional photography and consistent content gave the business a stronger and more recognizable online presence.
That increased visibility contributed to doubling orders and even generated new B2B opportunities for the chef.
In three months, social media evolved from simply being a place where FreshWay posted content into a stronger marketing channel supporting awareness, customer acquisition and business opportunities.
